SurePrime Healthcare is a healthcare staffing agency and is the controller of the personal information described here.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive the details you choose to include, such as your name, contact details, organisation, the role you are interested in and your message. Please do not send medical or other sensitive information through the website.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry. If you are a healthcare provider, this includes arranging staff. If you are looking for work, it includes discussing roles with you and starting our recruitment process. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We only share it where needed to provide our services, for example with a care provider you are being put forward to (with your agreement), or where the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, and then delete it securely.
Your rights
You have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To make a request, email info@sureprimehealthcare.com.
